Yamaha Motor India — Non issuance of gst bill

Recently my r15 v4 met with an accident and for insurance claim i produced my vehicle to Yamaha Motor Showroom - Sivaji Auto1547 & 48 DEEDI BUILDING, KAIMANAM, TRIVANDRUM, KERALA. My vehicle got repaired and i am ready to pay the bill and for insurance claim they have to provide me with gst bill. Its been two weeks my vehicle has been submitted for rapai and got repaird but tiil now they are not willing to provide me the gst bill. Even after repeated complaints they don't give a damn about it. Their replay is that they dont know what to do.
