I am a owner of Yamaha FZ 2018 model.i went for service in my hometown for my bike for everytime to service the showroom doesn't provide an proper invoice and irresponsible attitude towards customer's.. It makes customer's to make an bad impression about Yamaha services and it's product especially me.. So take the respective action on the showroom or otherwise buyer's should quit Yamaha like me in future... Why are they like that? Customers are important because they help establish the brand. The happier the customers are, the more the brand becomes stronger. it's just like that. I hope that they address the issue soon so that the reputation of the brand will be kept safe and clean. It'll also help the dealers.
