Yamaha Motor India — Complaint against laxmi international

Hi,

I am looking out to buy a new yamaha fascino, for which i went to this showroom. I was told about the road price + accessories price and in total i was told to pay rs. 68, 600. Even, after requesting many times, mr. Suresh reddy (One of your representative) was not even ready to reduce the price.

We still went ahead with the deal, gave him the required documents and then asked him to make payment. I requested him to take rs 18, 600 in cash and rest i wanted to pay through debit card.

For this, he asked me that if i pay by debit cart, i will be charged 2% extra. I don't think that is the case with any of the purchases made through debit card and here is the confirmation : http://www.jagoinvestor.com/2013/09/merchants-cant-charge-2-extra-on-debit-card-... Html#. V35uejn95e4

I would like to know why yamaha treats their customer like this. I didn't purchase the vehicle but my documents are still with the showroom people. I really want clarification for this kind of behaviour as i never expected such from company like yamaha.

Hello..
Am a Yamaha fz bike user I gave my bike for service in a Yamaha authorised service here in my locality.. while giving for service I ensured all my bike parts was good but after service while receiving my bike .chaincase of my bike was found broken(plastic type)..I asked for a replace but they are giving explanations it is already broken if it's already broken they should informed me while writing job card but they didn't inform..but am sure it was not broken before..they are refusing for an replace...need ur support for replacement..
