Having worst customer experience. I've booked the fascino-dapper blue on 30th jan 19 in walter's yahama, medavakkam tank rd, thiruvalluvar nagar, a k swamy nagar, kilpauk, chennai, tamil nadu 600010, mr. Yogesh was the sales executive. We gave the necessary loan documents on 31st but still haven't got my vehicle. By 10th feb i was informed separate insurance has to be taken and which is mandatory if iam going for 0% interest scheme from bussan. Later after compromising they initiated the loan process by 12th feb and after long follow up they informed loan has been approved and i can sign the loan documents. After signing the loan agreements on 2nd march i was informed to make the initial down payment on 4th march immediately visited the showroom to make the payment but i was informed that price has been increased and i have to make additional payment. Since i didn't want to delay the same was paid on same date. On 7th i've been informed that the colour that i wanted dapper blue is not available. And the same colour is only available in ubs vehicle with additional cost. Which iam agreeing the pay. But still they are informing that the 0% interest scheme which was committed in the initial add and banners is not applicable for the new ubs system fascino's. This is most disappointing after so much of wait and compromises for buying a two wheeler. This is the worst experience i've ever had. I got my bike laste year jun17 2020 the sale person was karthick who was rude to even explain the system on road price of a vehicle from ex showroom price.At one point he even said like this is the price take it or leave it. Yesterday i did my 3rd service.Some of the problems which i mention before the service was done only after i reminded them at the end of the service if i had forgotten to ask they would've had done.They did not use any chain clean to clean the vehicle but put 100 charge for it i saw it with my own eyes.why you charging 127 for consumable charges you only use a dirty already used cloth to clean the vehicle What's the point of getting 127 for a fingerfull of grease. When i went to raise a complaint they wasn't anyone senior.The same salesperson karthick used all his tricks to get me out of there.I hope you read this and take necessary action.
