[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — customer getting fooled by yamaha dealers and their employees | |||||
I bought my bike in mid of april 2017 which is last month. Sales person name was sachin ([protected], [protected]) and mangager name was sandeep chikode. They sold me fascino bike which i collected on 18th april. That time they promised that i will be getting my bike num in next 8 to 15 days. I waited for so long but didn't got any update from them. So went to store and found that showroom was closed. Then came to know that it got closed for now and no one works here. I have already paid complete amount 69500 (Bike, insurance, rent agreement, accessories) For now i have just a update that i have tax has been paid for my bike (As rajpal honda is accquired by shellar yamaha). But still too much issues... Not yet bike usable which i got from yamaha. I thought yamaha is big reputated company which will not be a part of fraud. But found it's same as other companies... When it comes to money. [mh[protected]] Received rs.5779/- against new registration vide receipt no mh12d[protected] dated 30-jun-2017. Thanks rajpal auto lounge -courtesy:morth But still waiting for my bike number from long back... Not yet received it. For me the contact person is shellar yamaha at airport road pune. Ganesh - [protected] I am totally blocked with this. Please keep bike with you and just return the cash... So that i can buy and use another bike. Tajsshree yanaha, nandanvan kept my bike 2 days and after 2 days they were fail to solve my problem. I have bought each and every part that they told me to buy, but steel my motorcycle is as like as before. Rajshree yamaha, nandanvan did not serve me well enough. I have called them just after the break down, but they didn't receive the calls.
