[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — fraud case | |||
I have booked yamaha saluto from sakshi motora on 3rd june 2017 and paid 51000 advanve. After 4 weeks also he has not delivered me bike. So i have asked for refund. Dealer mr. Ankit fraud has given cheque of 51000. Cheque got bounce due to insufficient balance. Still payment is pending with dealer. He always give false commitment. No proper response from yamaha india also.
