[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — i am complaining about unavailability of spare part of my yamaha r15 v2 bike | |||
I shriram laddha, own a yamaha r15 v2 (2014). My bike is not working for the last 3 months and i took the bike to yamaha moharir for repairs. Before yamaha moharir (Nashik, maharashtra) my bike was at nilesh autoriders for about 1.5 months but due to unavailability of rr unit (Part no. 2s5h196000) it is still not working. 3 months have passed but i have still not got the part. I tried to call the yamaha customer care many times also registered a complaint (Complaint no ic-32504-w6j8), emailed them 2-3 time but they fail to solve the problem actually they didn't respond the way i was expecting. I still don't know when is my problem going to be solved. Was this information helpful? | |||

But no is intersted to respond me . The service centre is on fourth floor but no one attending at ground floor . I am felling helpless and i can't understand what should i do
