[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — manufacturing defect and carelessness of service centre | |||||
I purchased "fz darknight 150cc" on "22/02/2018". I noticed that back mudguard is slightly bent to right. I complained to showroom on the delivery day only but they told to bring d bike on monday and they will fix it, when i took it on monday they told to bring it on friday, and when i took the bike on friday they told me to leave the bike in the showroom only and it will be fixed by next day. When i went to get the bike today it was not yet fixed. I feel very bad about it sir. The showroom people are very careless, they didn't respond to my problem in a correct way. So i'm registering a complaint to you. So please take the required action about the service centre and my bike. Showroom: sunil mehta marketing pvt. Ltd. Tumkur main road, Bengaluru-560057. Hi i am saurabh from hamirpur haimchal pradesh. I went for a service of my bike to the nearest servuce centre. But there is no availability of air filter or coolent to exchange for R15.
