[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — no service provided. | |||
Hi, Recently i have buyed yamaha fassino from "pacer yamaha showroom" bangalore. I have following issues wrt "pacer yamaha showroom" 1. While buying scooter they said they have a offer of 4k by paytm. But after buying scooter only 2.5k was cashback with paytm. When questioned them, simply says offer us changed. 2. While buying they said service station is near by, but when my scooter came for 1st service suddenly there is no service station. And when asked - they said near by service station is suddenly closed. They are going to open new service station shortly. Else go to 10km away service station. 3.in this finding a new service station my 1st free service date is lapsed and they are not accepting my 1st service coupon. All 3 problems are due to "pacer yamaha showroom" and they are purely cheating customer while buying scooters. Was this information helpful? | |||
