[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — not happy with quality neither company is taking any initiative to satisfy the customer... | |||
I bought my yamaha fz for 95800 rs... After that they used to charge rs 700 to 800 rs approx in every free service... I used to tell them about engine sound and all... But few days after service.. The same problem occured every time.. Now itt will be 1 year to my vehicle in dec 2017, and before that left front side shocker has got leak... And when i came to yamaha sec 10 noida from where i bought the vehicle... They are saying that this is not under gurantee... Its because of the road and the pits... And they have told me to pay rs 600 for the repair... And after paying also they are not giving any gurantee pf the repair they will be doing... My bike is not at all accidental... Shocker is one of the main part in the bike and they say that the parts in shocker is also of yamaha company... So now if tge comany cannot givethe gurantee of the own parts... What can we expect from this brand... Such high price and zero quality... Bajaj is far more better than this # brand... Company says that they give the gurantee on wiring and engine... On applying front brakes my back light is not glowing... And i had mentined this problem during my vehicles service... He did something and the light was glowing... But again after 3 days the problem is same... Now they dont want to change the wiring as well which comes under their area of gurantee... I want my shocker to be repaired for free and my brake wiring problem to be resolved for free.. Over all servies are very disappointing.... Really pissed off Was this information helpful? | |||
