[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — One malfunctioning battery was installed during buying | |||||
I bought my yamaha fazer on 05/05/2017 from your dealer hindustan wheels in bhubaneswar, odisha. My engine no. G3j3e0022863, chasis no. Meirg4444h0003428. On 24th june '17, when i was unable to start the engine, i called the yamaha service center person to help me. They came and took it to the service center. There they noticed the liquid was leaking badly which implies that the battery installed was malfunctioning, which was a great cheating with the customer buying new bike from there. They suggested me to claim for warranty. Though they replaced it, but i couldn't understand why should i suffer? I strongly request you take drastic action against this yamaha showroom dealer.
