[Resolved]  Yamaha Motor India — Paid service - Didnt even clean the vechicle and also resulted in worst performance

Myself N.Dilipkumar, an IT employee and a proud owner of Yamaha SZ-R. My father is also using Yamaha(Libero LX) since 2006 and thus we have two Yamaha bikes at home. Basically people trust Yamaha for the quality of vehicle and the service provided by Yamaha. But, recently i have had a horrible experience with Raj Yamaha near Velachery. I will brief my experience below with a belief that I will get proper justice. Day 1: I went to the service center to handover my bike for service. I have requested them to correct 3 problems in my bike. Tight the Chain as it was in loose condition. Adjust the fuel valve to yield a better mileage as it is giving only 33KMPL. Loosen the clutch a bit. They noted down everything in the job sheet. By evening i got a call from the service center asking me to collect the bike as they are done with the service. I said I got stuck in office and I can't come so I will collect next day morning. Day 2: I went to collect my bike and i witnessed a worst service. The mud was there near the wheel as how i left, crow was there in the shock absorber as how i left, unclean wheel base with dirty patches, the clutch control was not adjusted at all, the neutral light was not flashing and i noticed that someone has turned the key on and left the bike for the whole night which in turn consumed all the battery(I really suspect if they have replaced my battery). I started taking the photographs and 3 people came and asked me why and i told them the reason. Suddenly they started cleaning my vehicle and asked me to leave it there for another day so that they will clean properly and give me. I trusted and left my bike asking them to correct all these. I left my helmet by informing the receptionist that i will collect it while taking my bike after service. But, when i went on to collect the bike in the evening i noticed that my engine was getting off during running condition, my helmet's glass was completely broken into pieces. I badly needed my bike and also it was close to 7 PM so only the security was there to handover the bike to me. So i took my bike without taking the helmet from the service center and left the place. Next morning I went to ask why my bike is getting off every 10mts and only then a mechanic went for a test drive and noticed that it was not even tested after the service. Later, he took my bike inside and came back saying the air filter is gone and it need to be replaced and asked me to come after a week as there was no stock available. I really got annoyed and asked him why it failed after servicing because it was good before i handed over the bike. Now, I demand an explanation for the below things. Why they haven't cleaned the bike on the first day and delivered me without doing the service properly? Why the battery got drained after doing the service? Why the air filter didn't function properly after the service and if it was really non-functional why they didn't inform me about replacing it while doing service? Why the mechanic didn't do even a few meters test ride before delivering the bike to the customer(me)? Why they broke my helmet glass even after knowing that it belongs to the customer? Important thing is my bike's performance has become very worst and i am not even able to cross 100 meters continuously without the engine getting turned off :-( . I have done service in erode, coimbatore and at other branches in chennai as well but i have never experienced such a worst service anywhere. Also, this is the second time i am getting dissatisfied with this service center. First time it was the delay(3 days) that annoyed and this time it is the very poor service quality that made me to write this e-mail. I strongly believe that Yamaha will take necessary action to provide justice for my loss of money, time and ill-treatment. Thanks! I hereby attach the photo proofs for all the above complaints.
