Yamaha Motor India — Poor service provided from Yamaha Palathara Motors, Changanacherry | |
Myself Shabeer P I Amina Manzil (H) Thrickodithanam P O Changanacherry had purchased "Yamaha Cygnus Ray" from S G Motors (KTM) on 23.01.2015. But I had been facing a problem from its silencer soon after 1 week of purchase. I reffered for 1st service at Amala motors, Karugachhal followed by 2nd service at Yamaha Motors, Palathara, Changanacherry. Since it is covered under the warranty period, a replacement of the silencer was demanded by me, but the response from their side was that it was promised to be covered during the third service. But I faced a bitter experience when i went for the 3rd service on 09/07/2015. The response from their side was "It will take 20 more days and the details regarding that will be informed by call". But there was no response from their side even after 20 days. The silencer still gives an abrupt sound. Even after this i again approached "Palathara Motors, Changanacherry" and they told that it will still take 7 days more thereby demanding courier and transportation charges for the replacement. Now its been 11 days, and i am still waiting the call from there side. The customer service of the service centre was very much annoying. I hereby request an immediate action in this regard as soon as possible.
