[Resolved]  Yamaha Motor India — r15s.. product and service issues

I have purchased a new r15s bike from sun motors in chennai on august 22 2017.. Right from the first day i was facing some problems in bike. The problem was the temperature indicator was on when i have just travelled 5-6 kilometres hardly. I told this problem on my first service. But the very next day i faced the some problem. Then i went to the service centre again and questioned them "why does it occurs again and what have you done in the first service" for this gave me an answer that "sir, we didn't take it serious and we thought it would be corrected by itself", then they changed the coolant oil. After few days may be around 2 or 3 days i still faced that problem once again and went to service centre once again. Again the replaced the coolant oil. When i questioned them "just few days before you guys did this and why are doing again?" for this they replied that "on that we didn't fill it fully and now we did it" and i had no other choice so i left the place. On december 14 i gave my bike for second service. On time of delivery i was found that there was a big scratch in the side mirror's back side and also in the yamaha plate which has been placed in the silencer. When i questioned the person who delivered me the bike he told me that "i'm just a person from washing unit do not question me"so i left the place. The very next day there was unknown noise came from the rear brake and after ew days from the front brake too. Then i went to the service centre nearly 5-6 times (If you don't believe me then go check the camera footage also) every time after few kilometres i found the same problem ad also a new one that my engine was not smooth. They said it happens in all bike so leave the place. They even asked me to do a test drive in an another bike and fortunately my goodness i didn't feel or hear any unwanted sounds in the test drive bike. At last they told me that "i didn't hear any noise from your bike so you may leave now". With a great disappointment i left the place. Tow days before i found that the battery was dried totally in my bike. Immediately i called the service centre, they told me to start the bike with the help of others and leave it in on for around 1 hour. Again the next morning the battery was dried totally and once i started my bike on the instructions given by them and left it in on for around 45 minutes... Suddenly i found some smoke coming from my bike that to from engine and so i went out and saw. The coolant oil from my bike leaked fully. I still wonder that how the coolant oil was fully leaked. Then i decided to take my bike to the service centre.. But the battery dried once again and i was on the road. I contacted them... They came and took the bike. Now they are telling me that the rr unit has to be replaced and the censors too. And also they told they have no ideas regarding the unwanted noises from front and rea brake. This is how yamaha products be like? Hardly 3 months from the date of purchase and i'm facing problems right from my first day of purchase and the service also so cheap. I want a solution. You guys are responsible for these things. How dare you guys have given me a defective product... This is not fair... How come it supposed to be a need to change the rr units and censors within such short period of time? I demand an explanation and you guys are solely responsible for this. Take back your product and replace me with anew one. I'm not gonna take this one since its having such a lots of problem from the next day of purchase and its totally your staff's mistake as they neglected these problem when i informed them at beginning itself. I have already sent a mail to it and I didn't receive any reply for it and I'm not able to call the toll free number too... Is that number is out of service?
