Within a mere 500 kilometers o[censored]sage, the engine of the bike began making alarming noises, prompting me to visit your showroom on March 13th, seeking resolution for this concerning issue. Despite leaving the bike for repairs, the problem persisted, with the engine noise worsening after the initial attempt at rectification.
Following subsequent visits to your service center (Vardhaman Motors Guduvancherry) on March 14th and March 21st, it became evident that the issues extended beyond mere adjustment problems, as the self-start functionality also began malfunctioning despite the assurance of your technicians that all wiring and components were in perfect condition.
Despite multiple attempts at rectification, the root cause of these persistent issues remains unresolved, leaving me with a sense of frustration and disillusionment. I have diligently provided written and video evidence of these problems, yet the lack of a definitive solution or acknowledgment of responsibility on Yamaha's part is deeply concerning.
Considering the significant inconvenience and disruption these ongoing issues have caused to my daily routine and overall riding experience, I must insist on a prompt resolution to this matter. Therefore, I kindly request either a replacement of the defective bike with a new unit that meets the expected standards of quality and performance, or a full refund in accordance with consumer rights and warranty provisions.
