[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — Scratched tank and number plate of bike | |||
Firstly I visited jm motors noida as my bike was facing missing problem, after 7 hours they came to know that there is a part called ST COIL was damaged and they don't have that part in their stock so they asked me to visit AMBUJ YAMAHA for that part. Then next morning I visited AMBUJ YAMAHA PATPARGANJ DELHI service center for the st coil. I asked them for that part but after making a job card they asked me to wait as they were checking my bike. Even after waiting there for 5 hours they told me to go as they also don't have that part in their stock. I have been charged from both the service centers even my bike is in free service period. It's just 7 months older. But my complaint is when they gave me my bike it's tank and number plate was scratched, I asked them what they did they told me to go away and talk to yamaha. Then I lodge a complaint on customer care number then the manager of ambuj called me and denied me to change the tank and the number plate, they said that this is not their fault. If yamaha will give this type of service to their customers then who will buy their bikes. So I just want to get my tank and the number plate replaced from their side. Jul 15, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I have received mail 2 days back from mail id "[email protected]" that they are ready to assist me, I have to visit the authorised service centre, but the service center owner has denied me to change any thing, they were not ready to help me or replace anything. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Yamaha should improve their management. Yamaha Motor India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
