I took my ray ZR for service to near by yamaha service center, i had the worst service there with them, they charged me with 2550 Rs for service but the service is worst i am having the same issue again, they said they changed the brake shoes, acceleration cable and they dosent even provide me with a bill, i have been keep on asking them for a bill for 4 days, they only reply i got is server issue. They doesn't even attending my calls and refuse to answer me. I feel like cheated here. If i dosent get notified or my issue fixed i gona file a police complaint. This is the 3rd time they dosent provide me a bill for their charges and services. i want my bike to be serviced properly without any more charges am done with their way of treating me. I really wana know for what they changed 2550 rs and am really frustrated how you treat customers like this. Was this information helpful? | |||
