Yamaha Motor India — Service centre damaged my bike

During free 2nd service of my mt15 v2 I got scammed by service centre.
1. Tank got scratched during opening for cleaning air filter
2.bolt was missing whose purpose was to hold tank fibre together
3.tear of tank fibre by screwdriver
4.indicaotrs were loose and hanging loose
5.collant was not refill
6. Low quality of mobil was used
7. Seat is not fitting and locking properly
8. Additional charge and labour charge was imposed which is completely free service centre just charged it
