This is to inform the whole yamaha management,
As im an Yamaha customer since 2011, using YZF R15
here im facing very very pathetic customer service experience from one of the yamaha showroom

I have given my bike for full service on sunday 11/7, 2021, same day evening after service they informed me that my bike frond Handle T bar and both stumps are bend
they need to be replaced, i agreed for the same, they informed it will take one more day, and today evening i visited 13/07/2021, i reached at 5pm evening same time
they started working for my bike, within one hour they replaced the handle t anb both stumps in carelessly and in very hurry and they said every thing is ok, they
put the frond kit back on and again they reached me that said, frond stopper is not working and need change that as well, actually the mechanic replace the Handle T and the stopper is attached to the same as well, however in a hurry he did not noticed that, Now thay are giving some excuse s,
its been almost days im waiting for my bike, now thay are asking me 2 more days and charging me huge amount i have already paid amount 5800, now they asking 6500 more
This is not we as a customer that expecting from a Brand company like Yamaha
small workshops are providing better service than these kind of pathetic service providers
This is my request as whole yamaha management to look in to this issues, there are other customer as well facing complaints from same dealer
I need a quick resolution for the same,
