I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by AMS Yamaha, Puducherry. Unfortunately, I have encountered multiple instances of doubtful behavior from your service personnel, and it has reached a point where I can no longer overlook these concerns. 2022 April, during my bike service, my new chain was inexplicably replaced with an old one without my knowledge. Despite lodging a complaint via email to both Yamaha and the service center, I received no proper response or resolution. This issue, coupled with my recent experience, has left me highly disappointed.
During my most recent service done at AMS Yamaha No 302, Vazhudhavur Road, Kathirkamam Puducherry on 24.01.2024, with the following details:

To my dismay, the shock absorber, which was previously in good condition, has been replaced with an old and damaged one without my knowledge or consent. Such actions not only reflect poorly on the service personnel but also raise questions about the integrity of the service provided.I urge you to investigate these matters thoroughly and implement a proper mechanism in your showroom to prevent such behavior from your service staff. Customers like me deserve transparent and honest service, and the current situation falls short of these expectations.I trust that you will address these concerns promptly and take necessary actions to ensure the quality and integrity of your service.
