[Resolved]  Yamaha Motor India — service improper cleaning

Today(16/7/18) i left my SZ RR in Raj Yamaha (Navalur, chennai), The cleaning was not proper, only some places were cleaned still there are some left out portions which are not cleaned well. As other technical complaints resolved can be checked only after few days. So only cleaning shows the service identity for bike. Kindly ask appropriate people to do it properly further or some customers may lead to a private mechanic if it continues.

Dear Yamaha Motor Team,

I'm from Bangalore and very old user of Yamaha motor's and I use it because I love Yahama bike from very beginning but this time I have experienced some hopeless service. Just to bring into your notice I have actually bought my second new bike from Yahama Motor showroom which is next to my house in the month of March 2018, and I have been promised and charged for RC Card to get delivery in my residence by 45 days, but it has been almost 4 month's since I have not received any . Today "16-Jul-18" I have visited to enquire about the same but they have no clue about my RC card and then when I forced them for information they asked me to check Local RTO which is also near my locality so not much pain I been there immediately and they have provided me some kind of Indian Post tracking number when I have tracked that it showed me somewhere out cast of Bangalore and then to it has been delivered on Month of May.

Now I need help from Yamaha Team to find my RC Rard ASAP .
