[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — service refusal from service centre | |||
I, anbanantham working in bharat heavy electricals limited, tiruchirappalli have purchased yamaha fascino on 28/06/2017 in kavi motors, no.20 williams road, cantonment, tiruchirappalli-62001. (Chassis no. Meised122h0015367). I have completed my first free service on 29/07/2017. But the vehicle had broke down while running in the middle of the road on 14/09/2017. I informed the people of kavi motors, tiruchirappalli about the break down. They asked me to bring my vehicle to the showroom. But the vehicle is not in running condition, so i request them to collect my vehicle by the recovery vehicle or mini loading vehicle. But the showroom people refused to accept my request. They asked me to bring the vehicle to showroom at my own cost. But i didn't accept, so mr. Thillaivelu (Service supervisor) assured me to repay the cost of transportation of the vehicle. Then i sent my vehicle through a load vehicle to showroom on 21/09/2017. But they failed to repay the cost of transportation. So the load vehicle driver has bring back my vehicle to my residence. Then i rushed to the showroom and asked mr. Sudhakar (Sales manager) about my vehicle, but he replied arrogantly that they wont pay the transportation charges and "you may lodge complaint anywhere about me or about the showroom. You will get no reply. We can't concentrate on single vehicle buyer, by reaching consumer court also you cannot force me to do so" he added. Till now my vehicle is in my residence without being rectified. I expect your reply about my vehicle in this regard. Was this information helpful? | |||

The SRI Motors(yamaha)service center didn't service my Yamaha fascino properly interior parts are not cleaned properly and water wash also was not done properly in bottom of bike...
