[Resolved]  Yamaha Motor India — Worst Service from Panache Enterprises Marathahalli

Hi,

I have given my FZ v2 for service in Panache Enterprises Marathahalli on 20th of March 2020 just some days before the lock down.
Its an accident vehicle, and have full coverage too. As the service center temporarily closed due to the lock down across the country, vehicle got delivered on 25th of June and has collected the vehicle and got my insurance too based on the quote given by the Service center team.

But with in two days I found that the battery got down and not able to start. Couldn't communicate with the service centre team as it out of their service time. Communicated with Panache Enterprises Indiranagar Manager and assured that they will take the vehicle for the service(not the service center where I have given for service). And informed that Console is not working properly (Fuel indicator keep on blinking and indicator lights not blinking ) and needs to be replaced and it costs more.

The problem is Marathahalli service center team has collected 9500/- just for service and altogether 37922/- (its really more, may be people can comment on this i am wrong attached bill copy).
As the console issue also found now (service center team didnt even do the basic service just replace the parts) that cost more and the insurance claim got closed, i have to pay myself just because of Service team's negligence.

So post service I have paid again 2042/- just after delivery and again needs to pay for console replacement
