Hellow, dear Yamaha manager my name is Biki mallick from guwahati, i bought yamaza FZS ver 2.0 bike registration no. AS-01DE-6812 from Grand Yamaha showroom, bharalumuk, at the time of purchase the sales man offer some offers related to same bike, like coupons for 20% discount on renewal of insurance policy of the bike, discount on buying parts etc etc.after hearing this i was verry happy to purchase the bike coz it ll b verry good deal for me. But when i went for redeem such coupon on[protected] for renewing my insurance policy the sales man name is SIDHANT KEDIA who didn't accept it as he said our system doesnot accept this offer even the coupon have valid till[protected], so i request you to kindly take necessary step agnst this showroom & i want my 20% value of insurance back...& i attach some photos for such coupons Was this information helpful? | |||

I have submitted my Yamaha Alfa today at 10:30 am however still waiting to recieve my bike, service is very poor and staff is not supporting. I paid 743 INR but problem not resolved, horn is not working and washing is not good.
