[Resolved]  Yamaha Motor India — Yamaha authorized service centre showed utter negligence in service twice

I tried raising complain against the service centre using Yamaha official website, but it repeatedly show error, taking me to this url everytime:

COMPLAINT:

I Gave my R15M for 1st service, they did a diesel wash and did not clean the bike brake discs, this led to me dropping my bike within 2 months of purchase leading to repair including handle bar bending, mirror breaking, replacing the whole quick shifter, fork bending. I thought may be that was a mistake, but, this was my brand new V4 R15M, but still I did not

In 2nd service, the service guy changed the engine oil and then did not fit the oil cap tight enough, the oil cap was gone while driving, oil fell on my legs, engine made very loud noises.

After getting the engine oil replace with Yamalube, the engine is making abnormally loud noise in 3rd gear while stopping the acceleration in 3rd gear. The service centre guys say, it is normal.

There was no such sound previously before the engine oil leaking due to negligence of the service centre.

Also the engine is vibrating at much lower speed for a gear even within just 1 month of replacing the engine oil, I hardly ride 30 to 40 kms in a week.

I need my engine replaced.
