I am Tanmoy Sarkar a resident of Hili, Dist. - Dakshin Dinajpur, P.O & P.S-Hili, Pin-733126, with due respect I would like to inform you that I purchased a motorbike from RAIMOHAN AND CO. from Balurghat Branch which is YAMAHA R 15 Version 4 M variant on an approx. March 2022, and from then I am facing lots of issues from this said branch, below i am mentioning the issues on by one.
-After too many times of follow up this said dealer does not provide me any kind of TAX Invoice for this bike.
--Seven days later I found that there are some rusts in the Said bike's gear leaver, I also addressed this issue but not any satisfactory answer or action come from their side.
-After 6 (six) month I observed that the Bluetooth device constantly soaking the battery as a result I was facing starting issue, but when I addressed this issue to the said showroom authorities as a solution, they disconnect the Bluetooth device, in my point of view I think this not the permanent solution.
--Some days later I send my bike to the said showroom for regular servicing with good condition, but when they delivered my bike to me, I found lots of issues there like engine shutting down on running bike, power lacked on 2nd And 3rd gear shift, the mileage dropped to 20-25 KMPL. After that I addressed the issue directly to the service manager of their main Branch, which is in Raiganj, West Dinajpur. After that they take my bike to their Raiganj branch and delivered me approx. after 10 days but till then the problem not solved yet.
---After those all scenario four days ago, I again send my bike again to Blaurghat branch with those same issue and for routine servicing also, they delivered my bike yesterday.
During this current servicing period they changed some of parts of my bike like STATOR ASSY., IGNITION COIL ASSY. SPARK PLUG And Others, but I think these parts are came in warranty, but they charged for this.
With this mention query I called help line number, but they refuse to give me that information because I already paid cash to dealer.
Sir/Mam, I also get to know that from the showroom authority that there's have a problem in my Bluetooth device so they claim the product, but when I query to them for the claimed parts they told me that the said parts did not come yet, they are harassing since I purchased the bike.
We all know that YAHAMAHA company is a King of Motor Bike Industry, but for me it's proved me wrong.
Therefore, sir I will be highly obliged if you please address all those issues on a serious note and give me proper justice.
NOTE:-I am hereby attached the recent invoice which is provided by the dealer and also mentioned the details of my bike and mine also.
