Yantro Software — Software keeps crashing

I have bought a smartphone from Flipkart using the exchange offer. At the time of delivery, the delivery personnel installed the Yaantra app on the phone to check. Installed, input the IMIE number but the software keeps crashing. Unable to proceed with the exchange.
