AMW Pvt Ltd — Not paying salary

Hi,

I was working with AMW Pvt Ltd but due to some misconceptions and wrong blames the company terminated me without any proofs of what I've done wrong and they handed over the termination letter to me saying that they'll pay me my salary of the particular month but then they kept on hanging me for it and its almost 3 months they haven't payed me yet and the amount is not too small its a big amount of more than 10,000. And now they are denying to pay me besides its written in the termination letter signed by the MD that i should be paid. So, please help me recover the amount. Please

the complaint above was given by me. the complaint which i made is wrong. yantro software is not that kind of concern. i apologise for the false complaint given against yantro software. i am again sorry for it.

Hi Job Seekers the complaint posted by the above person is 100% TRUE. i start to tell the story what happned to me during the interview process. As y all IT interviews they conducted apptitute test that was 50% tough & 50% easy . After 2 Hrs they anoounced the result then they made a personnel interview for me & asked java related Qs later they got selected me. first Q asked is how many months u would be with us? i said that depends upon the environment of my work sir. next we are not conducting training for free U must pay Rupees 40k n get the training for 3 months after that u will be placed in our company. After that too we won't get placed in that company becoz the students completed the traning their are walk out of the company the reason is they are not performed well in the traning process. So we too get the same reason after get the traning from THE FRAUD YANTRO COMPANY BY PAYING 40K. THE NO 1 FRAUD COMPANY IS YANTRO SOFWARE EDIOTS CHEATERS 4202 . PLS DON'T WALK IN THAT COMPANY TY.

dear friends this is srinivasan.i work there for one months.basically it not a mnc company simply they are saying mnc.at the time of joining they will put two year bond and they will ask your degree convication certificate.i[censored] give really u are a mad.basically they are dealing with local BE project.then they ask to work without salary for 3 months and future they will provide only 3000 RS.my kind advice plz dont join there.

boss please read all poster before going to that company.

Friend of mine also worked there, He was also asked to work for 3 months as training period, after 3 months they told him that you are employed and they only provided salary for one month were as he worked there for 6 months. Don't join this company its the worst company out there.

the comments posted before are 100% true, its a new business for middle level company in chennai, better try your best of getting a job in big MNC, they used to say .we will train you in oracle applications and put u three years eperience and place u in america..i aso loosed fifty thousand rupees and my career everything, afterwards i searched a job and now working a MNC..they treat the employees like their house maids, i seen a complete fraud family members in a office, they talk like a good people but not in real..beware of this company..the fraud HR manager is used to earn commission by canvasing innocent guys, especially from south districts of tamilnadu..the peoples who losed their money and time .update your comments here ...we join and fight againts them to get back our money..otherwise nobody can stop this exploitation

everyone say correct about that company, i also attended the interview, after i got selected the first round they ask to work for three months without stipend and then after 3 months they give 3000rs/month and also 2 and 1/2 years bond (they ask original provision certificate and marksheet)

As a friend im submitting a result about this fraud company... One of the worst company i have ever seen in my life.. Last week i attended interview in this company.. i got selected.. they asked to work with out salary for 2 months.. and asked the original certificates to produce.. for that also i agreed.. then i was shocked finally after entering into that company... only 4 to 5 employees in that company excluding HR.. that hr not even knowing how to speak english.. ok coming to the point, 4 employees for that one hr one system admin.. 5 dappa systems with stone aged peoples used monitor...no air conditioner.. nothing in that office.. i came out immediately then.. and ran off.. friends pls don go to this company... crores of company is there around in chennai.. but pls dont go to this..

Hi All, YANTRO is not like this company. I knew very much about this company because I have started my career here on 2003 and worked around 4 years. This is US based company and they are doing lot of Oracle Applications related projects almost all the modules and especially in iStore, iPayment and all web related modules. Even if they are giving the less scale salary when compare to other companies here they are giving lot of knowledge and opportunities to learn.

Actually I am a mechanical Engineer and when I started my career here in YANTRO I don’t know anything in software technologies like Java, Oracle and Oracle Applications. So I was bit confused and under oscillation whether I have entered into the correct technologies and finally I got support and ideas from this company and Here I got trained from all the basic things to Oracle Applications almost all modules. All are real time experience and main thing I would like to tell here is I saw my improvement in every project and even every month also. This is really a good and perfect place to learn and grab the things and take the ownership and do the work. Here there are no restrictions that we need to be only in that particular recruited area.

Now I am in good position in the same technologies in Fortune companies and various countries all over world and putting my YANTRO experiences here and getting the good appreciation. So whatever hard work I put in Yantro that is giving good result and make me happy now a day. The Basement what I have built there is really helpful and strengthen my knowledge and keep on growing in my life.

They spoiling each and every persons carreers and their lifes. They spoiled many persons life
by getting all original certificates(im also one of the guy in this category). If you want to lose your original
certificates go there. Main thing is nothing inside that company. Its just like browsing centre. Nothing is there.
Culprits definitely one day god will teach them a good lesson for them for spoiling many many students lifes and their
careers. i worked there for 2 months and finally came to know its a big fraud company and no projects over there.
Then asked my certificates, and simply they telling pay 1lakhs and get back your certificates. I never seen such a cruel people
like them in this world like them. Three persons there one lady, one old person and the final one is the biggest fraud in USA.

One of the fraudsters operating in Chennai. Don't ever join this group I it's not worth calling them as a company. It operates in a small room with very few PCs, TEND TO TAKE Lum sum MONEY FROM INNOCENTS AND VULNERABLES promising them a job and after induction they will not pay you any penny and after 3 months they tend to get rid off you and if you ask them any experience certificate for the period you have worked then MD Karrupan will demand more money for the period of experience you have worked there. Pleas dont ever fall prey into the hands of this bloody Karupan family.
