Regd ticket number mys[protected]c, i have raised a complaint saying it was unattended and the ticket is closed.

Even after multiple calls there is no response from concerned team. However i have recharged on sep 11th 2017 around 10.00 am and made account active. Still there is no response. From aug 29 2017 they are saying the same cock and bull story that system is getting upgraded. If they cannot provide resolution in more than 12 days what are they eligible to do. While taking salaries they should be ashamed for not doing their duty and taking it for free as a beggar.

Got frustrated with the service which is been provided. If any one ofis paying we will expect for the service.

Please have a look and get the issue resolved or else extend my validity for the days i have lost due to negligence of yashtel services.

    Complaint no : mys[protected]c was generated on[protected] in mid night after multiple calls from 27th august to get internet issues solved. I heard different opinions from mysore yashtel customer care reprsentatives like cable issue / upgradation for better service / back-end issue. Even though no technician addressed the issue, ticket is closed and mentioned as feedback given by customer. Pfa for refernce.
    Even after multiple requests no action is been taken to ensure that problem is resolved.

    These [censored]ers will do this only first they won't supply internet for 3 days then they won't pick up the call... every month these people will do this and save there data and our money will get wasted gonna remove this chutiya yashtel connection..and [censored]ers my Id is MYS10383

      This time i dnot have internet from 10 days till today. Every time i call them they say it will be resolved by eod. I use kindle firestick and work from home. I have takeno 140 gb per month package to make sure i can work without issues. Now i am left with no options but to just wait for them to restore it. I have lost my salary for 10 days, no tv and trauma because of yashtel.. The most horrible internet service provider...

        Have paid the amount for the month of september via online payment through citrus on 27th august and yet the connection has been disconnected saying the payment hasn't been made. I've attached the acknowledgement message that i've received for paying rs.471 through the yashtell payment portal. I've tried calling them a lot of times since the past 3 days and have received no response from them until today when my call got connected and the guy rudely asked me to raise a complaint on the customer care. Please look into this and help me resolve the issue.

          User id mys12526 we are using the yashtel network since 10 months but we are facing many hurdles from day one towards network and of course package, staff show a very irresponsible behavior and their response is very bad when we call them most of the time they don't pick the call and in this month i, e september we paid for a package of 10mbps but they activated only 2 mbps instead of calling several times and explaining our problem to them we didn't get any positive response from staff if this continues i'll lodge a complaint to consumer court please make sure that this problems won't continue.

            Am kartheek from mysore. I had complained about the loss if my id and password. Someone called me from nr [protected] and said it costs 10rs and asked abt debit card details for online payment. Now they have robbed 19000rs from my account and i hav not received any msg from yashtel. That person has diverted his nor. I hereby notify u that i will lodge complaint to cyber police i[censored] not correct it as soon possible

              My name is kartheek and i stay in vijayanagar 2nd stage, mysire. Am using yashtel internet service from over a month with plan of 100gb at 10mbps for 799 + tax per month.                 I am the customer of your yashtel since more than 2 years., my user id is mysv 223..
                Know a days your company network is very very slow, apart from that we won't get net, every day we have to complaint, some times we won't get net for 48 hours.
                The service also become very very cheap. I will use to renew my account quarterly. But now iam going to exit from it.
                I will rate your service and performance to zero.

                  Hi sir.. We are using yashtel internet in mysore.. Our id is mys3238.. From tuesday night (18th july 2017) our net is not working... We informed them wednesday but they didn't register the complaint.. Tomorrow the issue will be solved.. They are repeating same answer from 5-6days.. But problem didn't resolve..
                  Our patience had been lost... Every month we are facing same problem.. We are paying money and no internet connection fr 7-8days per month.. Plz check complaint box, every month same issue and our complaint will be there..
                  Plz plz consider and solve...

                  This complaint is regarding the extending of wifi period as due to the network issues internet service was cut off from Aug-5 to Aug-11. As my internet service is valid till month end, requesting to extend service to compensate.

                    From past 3 days we are not getting the network and if we call your office to ask about the same, our call has not been answered by anyone. This is happening continuously from past 3 months and every month we have been launching a complaint against it and it has been repeating. Since our package expires for two days that is on 12th and since we have not got the connection properly we need you to take the right action or else the consequences wil not be the same. Please kindly take a better action.

                      My ID is MYS 12957, iam facing frequent disruption in connectivity from last 45 days. Despite repeated Complaints, the there is not slightest improvement.Even I have raised the customer care representative.I am cursing myself getting my earlier Bsnl connection disconnected hoping I will have better service/ connection from yashtel. This is only my third month of subscription and i might have raised more than Complaints. Any failure from resolving the issue at the earliest, I may be forced to go for disconnection and seek consumer redresal.

                        My no. Is mys-11935. I have registered a complaint on 10.6.17 with complaint no. [protected]. Many repeated requests over telephone has not set right the problem. If this is not set right by this evening, we are 14 subscribers going to surrender the connection. Please treat this as very urgenty and let some top man attend to this.                           Hi,
                          I hold a yashtel broadband connection of 10 Mbps with 140GB FUP limit. My connection is at Chamarajapet, Bangalore.
                          First of all, the very concept of customer care in yashtel is pretty much laughable. Though they have a customer care center in Mysore, which they hardly even bother to attend. And even if they delegate it to Bangalore yashtel division which I believe is present in Chamarajapet, this Chamarajapet center is one big waste center where the people either dont pick up the call at landline number or the servicemen whose mobile number i know, will most often be switched off in the day. If at all we get to speak to any of these servicemen or customer care, that is the greates bonus one can get from this irresponsible company called yashtel.
                          It is with great displeasure that I am quoting that a customer monthly broadband bill of 1000 Rs and above is taken for granted by these unprofessionsal company.

                            I have paid the money (2555/-) on 15/04/2017 for installation and internet activation of Yashtel broadband. But now they aren't responding.If I go to their office they are telling like bu today or tomorrow it will be done. I had requested to refund my money also but they are not refunding my money also. I am from Mysore, Surya Bakey. Please help me.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I had applied for internet connection on 12-1-17 with yashash cable network and paid for one year internet package amounting to Rs.10, 339/- along with advance and installation charges of Rs.1750/-. I was promised that internet connection will be given in 4 to 5 days. Inspite of repeated calls everyday, the cabling is also not done till today[protected].

                                Not getting proper response after registering complaint (MYS[protected]C) to customer care. Also this is a repeated issue and every month situation is like this. Last 2 days continuously following up with customer care ([protected]), but no one is resolved the issue yet even after lot of follow up which is not at all acceptable.
                                Request you to take this seriously and provide a better service in future...

                                  I already have a broadband connection which just had a regular modem. When i went o inquire about the up-gradation to Wi-Fi modem on 03/12/16, they said pay rs.500 for router, which i did and they said installation will be done in 2-3 days.
                                  It’s been 10 days and there has be no progress on installation.
                                  The latest call which I made yesterday 12/12/16 @ 8 pm, the customer representative says its old modem and I must pay rs.1200 for a new router or we can’t give the service.
                                  The price just goes higher with every call and representative. This is insane.

                                  I paid for Wi-Fi router on 3/12/16 and the installation has not been done yet. Even after various calls and visits, they give such stories and there is no progress on the issue.
                                  Who the hell uses just a normal modem these days??
                                  What do you think of yourself?? No response after payment?? This is a serious offence.
                                  If this issue isn't resolved soon, I will take it to the consumer court!

                                    The Internet availability has been terrible. i sometimes do not get internet for over a fortnight. There has been no connectivity for the past 7 days and the local engineer does not recieve any calls. The Company does not take ANY responsibility of the continuity of services and just puts the blame on the local franchisee, who is never available on time.They have absolutely no obligation to the customer, and no one to listen to the complaints. Lost internet connectivity on 7 OCt 2016, and it has still not been rectified, local engineer Mr. Ravi not taking calls. Customer care complain was lodged a week ago with no effect yet. Been calling customer care regularly, still no use. Spoke to Mr.Nagesh, the general manager, and he also seemed rude on the call.
                                    Just tired and frustrated with this service provider.

                                      I have to disconnect my internet connection because I am leaving my place and
                                      if the internet connection is not cut other can use my connection and it cause security issue for me because connection is in my Name.
                                      I have called to customer care more than 10 times this week but they are playing games.
                                      They are saying please take this number and call to this person and after calling to the provided number, guy telling sorry...

                                      Sir/madam,
                                      we are the customer of the local internet provoider namely "yashtel", we are the resident of Kuvempunagar, Mysore.
                                      We lodged the complaint to our internet provoider dated 10/08/16 that is wensday, it was also successfuly lodged, and as the provoider was suppose to provoid the service atleast within 2 days, but it was delayed to 8 days that is 18/08/16 that is thuresday. That too the service was provoide only because of the force o[censored]s . we use to call them daily and ask for the service, but the answers which they were giving was very much annoing and i like to say that it is not the manner of answering by such a big telecom center.
                                      Hereby I would bring to notice of the maneger of yashtel telecom center that"due to the delay in service we have experienced the loss of 8 days in our package", so it is the responsibility of yours to extend this month package by 8 days.
