Sir/madam,
we are the customer of the local internet provoider namely "yashtel", we are the resident of Kuvempunagar, Mysore.
We lodged the complaint to our internet provoider dated 10/08/16 that is wensday, it was also successfuly lodged, and as the provoider was suppose to provoid the service atleast within 2 days, but it was delayed to 8 days that is 18/08/16 that is thuresday. That too the service was provoide only because of the force o[censored]s . we use to call them daily and ask for the service, but the answers which they were giving was very much annoing and i like to say that it is not the manner of answering by such a big telecom center.
Hereby I would bring to notice of the maneger of yashtel telecom center that"due to the delay in service we have experienced the loss of 8 days in our package", so it is the responsibility of yours to extend this month package by 8 days.
