YashTel — Bad service of wifi as well as no response from customer care | |||||
Hi, I am Pramod Kumar using this WiFi connection from past 9 months. From past 3 days i am unable to use my WiFi even though i have done my recharge on 23rd Feb 2016. I have informed the same issue to YashTel customer care and everyday i am getting same response from them that it will be resolved on next day and we will send the engineer next day. From past 3 days no engineer has came to fix this issue neither they have done anything to get this resolved. This is not the first time i am facing this issue almost every month or once in two month i am facing the same issue. Every time this happens and their customer care and engineer takes 10-12 days to get it resolved and we have to pay for complete month without using the WiFi. This time they exceeds all limit and after chasing them for three days today they are telling Sir, kindly write an email to our customer care. I am really fed-up of this service i am paying every month but not able to use the service for which i took this connection. There is no other service provider in that locality that is why i have not the choice to even change the service provider. Kindly help me in this so that i can get a good service without any trouble.
