YashTel — No response from them | need internet disconnection

I have to disconnect my internet connection because I am leaving my place and
if the internet connection is not cut other can use my connection and it cause security issue for me because connection is in my Name.
I have called to customer care more than 10 times this week but they are playing games.
They are saying please take this number and call to this person and after calling to the provided number, guy telling sorry wrong number and again i called customer care they refusing for disconnecting my connection because they have to refund 1500 but they are not refunding
