      My internet is not working since 1.5 hours, and i have also complained in the Yashtel website . I am a student and i have LIVE classes for which i need the internet . Please FIX THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

              Since 13 feb, the internet is not working, after numerous complaints they fix the issue, but it lasts for only some minutes. Various complaints has been registered (31030, 31176, 31268) and everyday complaints over whatsapp everyday, but in vain.
              The internet get fixed, but hardly for some minutes, rarely for an hour or two. The issue has now crossed 1 week, and i am unable to work, even after paying my internet fees.
              Today the internet got expired, i had to recharge again (Because they will say that internet is not working because i have not recharged), but in vain. the internet is still not working.
              The major issue is, if they are fixing from their end, then the internet should be stable, but it gets disconnected in due minutes

                  My network is down since 3 days and i lodged a complaint as soon it happened. I have called more than 10 times, texted almost every 4 hours to come and fix but no response!!

                  They told a technician will come. But no one showed up.

                  My boss is scolding me every day and i am on the verge of getting a suspension. So thank you very much YASHTEL!

                    Internet started working so i marked previous complaint as resolved but after 5 mins again red light again went off . PLEASE SOLVE THE INTERNET FLUCTUATION problem.

                        We have lodged complaint on “no internet service due to cable disconnect” and despite of calling on the customer care - no response since 16th september 2020 and we face frequent disconnection as well. We have to try calling them more than 50 times and if your lucky they pickup the call and don’t understand the query or issue faced by the customer. Even the whatsapp service is pathetic.

                                  My username is MYS15768, internet has been down from morning and no one is receiving the calls when i call customer care. RESOLVE IT AS FAST AS ITS POSSIBLE.                                     This has happened 2 weeks in row all i received rude answer from yashtel team member. I need it resolved today itself. My id is mys13338. I have to international calls from internet.

                                      Hello all,
                                      This manjunath av here and my i'd blrpv00774, i'm using yashtel broad band service but i am not getting proper service from yashtel. Customer care peoples are very irresponsible peoples they don't want take calls from customers and by luck of they attend the call only one irresponsible answer i. E. Call to franchise person.

                                      If i called franchise person he will neve ever turn out to resolve the issue and speaking to customer rude. So i need resolution on this. Every month there will be no internet for 3 to 5days.

                                      If yashtel doesn't want to give service then pl return back my money while i have given installation time and take out yashtel stuff my home.

                                      It is requested to kindly discontinue my service and refund back the smount paid by me

                                        From past two days internet is not working... Customer care will hardly pick the call and answer. From 2 days they were telling modem upgradation is happening, now they are telling fibre team will come today... Please reply to customers properly... I am regretting for have yashtel connection

                                        This is rediculous guys.

                                        I am not able to connect internet from 9th July morning. Today is 13th july, issue has not solved yet. In WhatsApp you people are giving completely false commitments. After many times of calling to customer care you guys will answer once and give false commitment... I am repeated requesting how bad I need the connection, you guys are not bothering to it.

                                        This is not fair guys 😡😒. Please have some work ethics and do needful
