[Resolved]  Yatra — Booked ticket amount got deducted but didn't get any refund

I have booked a flight from bengaluru to kanpur for 15th sept, the amount of rs 4337 got deducted from my account as the charge of flight but I haven't received any flight tickets yet neither I got the refund for the same.
Could you please check this issue and let me know.
