Booking ref[protected] . The airlines had cancelled the flight and raised a full refund 12402 to yatra . But still yatra is not yet processed to my bank account . It’s been nearly 9months . I had given complaints from multiple yatra sources from last 9months and completely fed up with yatra services . I have nearly 25emails which I had forwarded to yatra customer support, every time they will say to wait for next 5-7 days but I will not get any further reply from anyone .
