[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — cancellation protection rates | |||||
I recently purchased a ticket from yatra with cancellation protection. I did not know then i could buy directly from airlines for as cheap as rs 49 where as yatra charged me rs 349 for each passenger. That is exorbitant - 600 times more than actual cost. There should be regulation as to how much an agency can charge. I feel so duped as i have spent nearly 1500 rs on cancellation charges for my round trip where as it should have not been more than 250 rs. Was this information helpful? | |||||
