[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — hotel booking at ooty-reg | |||
I booked hotel room in hotel mount & mist, ooty through yatra hotel booking for 15th august to 18th august, 2018 vide your booking ref no.[protected]. Due to natural calamities, mysore to ooty road was disrupted from 10th aug/18 onwards as reported in electronic & print media in bengaluru. I tried to contact hotel mount & mist at their contact no.[protected]/0423-[protected] but found no reply from the ist one and 2nd one says does not exist from 12th, 13th& 14 aug, 2018.in view of this uncertain condition i being a senior citizen wanted to either cancel or reschedule my vacation and contacted your customer care on 13th & 14th aug. Frantically but in all occasions your customer care people (Mr adil, mr connel, srikant & others) reply that hotel is not agreeing either to refund or reschedule my itinerary & ask me to contact hotel personally. Once i contacted hotel mount & mist at mob. No[protected]Given by your customer care on 14thaug) hotel personnel refused to refund or reschedule asking me to contact yatra hotel booking as i hv booked the hotel through yatra only. I am astonished at such behaviour on either side and going to loose my booking money of rs.7141/= for no fault of mine as due to prevailing natural calamities in this region i wanted to revise my tour plan. Well this is for your information that i am a regular air ticket booking registered customer of yatra.com but feeling disgusted for such unprofessional behaviour of yatra.com. Under this circustances i request you to do the needful to address my above complaint of refund/rescheduling of visiting dates to maintain your integrity with customer like me.
