[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — itinerary missed and ruined my honeymoon | |
My honeymoon trip (Yh3651274) completely ruined as honeymoon cake missed on first day and cellular jail visit missed at last moment and too much follow up for everything and when called assistance then they said sorry and will refund the same for the missed itinerary and it will take 7-10 days but even after 12 days, when talked with yatra agent (Mr asli), they asked we have no information and it will take time. This is the worst planned trip i have ever had in my life Was this information helpful? | |
