[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Refund on domestic hotel booking | |||||
Hi, It was a very bad experience to book a hotel through yatra. We did multiple booking in the same hotel and had to cancel all of them due to unavailability of room. We reached the hotel at 3am morning and were denied room, which put us in lot of trouble. Customer executive spoke to the hotel owner and accepted to refund. Complaint id - [protected]. We would like to inform you that hotel authorized the refund for one booking out of three and denied for the refund for the remaining two booking. Yatra.Com takes 24 hrs to initiate the refund. If payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 48 working hrs and if payment has been made from nationalized bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
