Booked a flight to srilanka but canceled due to the bombings. Yatra is not processing the refund it is more than a month now. Yatra reference number yt35999727. Even after repeated calls and complaints, there seem to be only delays from yatra. On april 23rd call was made to yatra and refund was initiated. On the same day, the refund was initiated to the other vendor too (For return tickets) On april 30th the other refund was reflected from the other vendor but not yatra. On calling them again they said they were waiting for airlines approval. I tried speaking to the floor manager but was refused by the agent citing his non-availability, and assured that refund will be processed by may 21st. It has been 7 days and 5 working days after their time. No refund has been processed. Was this information helpful? | |||||
