It's disappointing to see such a online travel company to be irresponsible in there customer care service. I have booked a ticket from Yatra Reference number –[protected] from Mumbai to Manchester (Brussels Airlines) departure date 8th April 1.05 am for my Wife and Kid. Presently I am I UK. On 6th of April my mom got admitted in hospital and hence wanted to reschedule the ticket. Since my wife was busy there in Mumbai I tried to re-schedule ticket online but it said to connect call center to reschedule. Then I tried calling from UK on this number - +[protected], before 24 hours, but unable connect. IVR responded “Invalid Number”. I also tried many other telecom operators in UK but unable to connect. However after 12.30 am (i.e. of 7th April) I was able to connect to an yatra emergency number +91 [protected] but was kept on hold for almost 50 mins, but nobody answered (please refer attached screenshot from phone). Finally gave up and messaged my wife to call Yatra in Morning once she wakes up (as it was 3 am in India). In morning when she got connected to same number[protected] the representative responded that since it after 24 hours it can’t be rescheduled neither it can be cancelled. I wanted to understand that Yatra provides service for international hotels and flight but there is no way to connect yatra if someone is trying to connect outside India. I tried all the options to reschedule the tickets but failed to do so. They responded that they are looking into it. Now its almost one month and there is no response. I also followed up (on April 27) with them but still no response.
