[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — unethical behaviour & incorrect promises | |||||
I am sharing my horrible experience with Yatra services and would like to highlight this to Yatra management / consumer forum My parents travelled to Europe with Yatra and they are still chasing for their the suitcase they have promised at the time of booking. After so many followup, they confirmed that it was delivered to one more couple who had travelled with them and shown us the POD with the correction / overwriting done. Earlier they took more than a month for the refund for the services (optional tour) which had been denied by them on the tour where all the amount was taken in advance. The service was charged on extra price in Europe. The trip ended on 10th of Oct but they are still waiting and chasing you people for the suitcase promised. They think that we as consumers don't have a right to get our money on time or the promised gifts. I would like to highlight this to the top management of Yatra and the grievance cell for the behaviour for people involved and response on the same. All I wanted to say is a big mistake of mine in spending more than 3 lakhs with a company Was this information helpful? | |||||
