[Resolved] Yatra.com — Flight unconfirmed but money taken and no contact for confirmation

I have booked this flight at 9:00 p.m. on 22/1/2014 and the payment has been taken from my card. Yet I have not received any confirmation of any sort. I have tried the customer care number given in the message 10 times now but it is switched off. On the customer care number on the site no personnel is picking up. I have mailed them, sent a complaint but no query number received .I have even sent a mail to management but still nobody has contacted me. I just want my flight tickets confirmed. My money was reimbursed on the next day but i would suggest yara.com to work a bit more on their site so that it can display correct stats regarding available tickets and their prices
