[Resolved] Yatra.com — Holiday package to nepal yh3394802 | |||||
Yatra.com didn't provide me the services as per their itirinary. Deluxe room in 3 star hotel was offered, whereas a normal room in a substandard hotel was provided to me. Instead of 4 offered visiting places, i was taken to only one place. When contacted yatra.com after returning from nepal, the company replied that we have not insisted to book tour plan from our company, and you must satisfy yourself with whatever the company provided. As per our records, team was in contact with you and as advise Temple Inn hotel is a 3* budget hotel and we never received any complaint for this hotel. Also, we have provided you the same hotel which was shared with you before confirming the package. We have covered all the sight seeings included in the booking. We regret. However, refund on the booking would not be possible. We would really appreciate if you would allow us another chance to organise your future holidays, as we truly value your support and association.
