[Resolved] Yatra.com — no response from yatra guys | |||||
Don’t know why simple refund is taking that much long time. Money just transferred to yatra account only, no 3rd party involve. It's very unfortunate, i am keep getting false promises regarding my refund. It's already been28 days since refund process has been initiated by yatra.com. Everytime i called on given extension, my call never transferred to seniors also after repeatedly saying. My booking reference no is : yh4385093 My contact no : [protected] I used yatra.com alot in past. But now, i am facing very difficult period with yatra.com related to refund.
