[Resolved] Yatra.com — regarding the refund status.

Dear sir we had booked the ticket on 14/8/2018 due to some technical problem transcation was not completed. Our account was deducted by rs.6156.00 but our ticket was not booked. We had booked ticket from other site afterwards.

Till now i havent got the refund back.
There service is poor that i continously do call to their customare care executive and doesnot get any respnose0

We regret the inconvenience caused to you. As per our record full refund of INR 6156.00 was processed from our end on 16th Aug 2018 in your same mode of payment. The Refund reference number has been shared with you on your register email ID on 22nd Aug 2018. In case the credit is not appearing in your account within 7 days of the refund processing date, we would request you to contact the grievance cell of your bank. You should provide them the ARN/RRN number to trace the transaction.

Incase Bank confirms you that the payment has not been received or refund is not processed from Yatra.com, We would request you to please share the written communication with us to take it forward with the bank.
