Hi,
In aug month i booked 1399 package of goa. After booking they send me a hotel list, which was not as there per my earlier discussion with person called Mr.ANKIT JAIN..
I asked for a better option, which they deny . Then i asked for my money back, for that i got a mail from MR. DINESH WAHI stating that as per T& C they will not refund the Money.
I again called them and asked for a other option in different date and place. But till date i have not received any call and mail from from YATRI 4 TRAVEL.
I call them and mail them but not getting any positive reply from there side.
Now i am feeling that these people has cheated me.
Any one pls let me know how can i get my money back . Was this information helpful? |
But its seems like, everybody is just doing formalities on can call, no body is doing my work...
Its very unfortunate that after taking customer money you people treat your customer in such a manner.
Pls look in to this matter and provide me alternate solution.

This
is with reference to your booking placed with Yatri 4 Travel against Payment ID: Y4TA4912RL.
We would like to inform you that
your refund request cannot be processed as your package
subscription date was Sat, Oct 3, 2015. Customer can cancel
the packages only till 10 days after package subscription
date.
Please find below
the refund policy according to our terms and
conditions and By doing the registration for this offer you
are agreeing to Yatri 4 Travel's Terms &
Conditions
REFUND POLICY (if
customer asking for the refund within 10 days
after package subscription date then the condition are as
follows : )
Refund amount shall be transferred through NEFT/Cheque Deposit to
the beneficiary account after cancelling the
package
Refund amount shall be transferred through Yatri
4 Travel Account only.
Customer has to issue a NOC
letter in case of Refund has to be done
mention that he/she cannot claim to use our service.
The
customer will be entitled for the amount 60%
as refund and 40% will be charged as
cancellation amount.
Hence, As a gesture of goodwill, we
have decided not to stretch this matter anymore & we can
provide you booking in future.
Please note the
following points in order to obtain this offer in
future:In order to obtain this offer,
the Booking request voucher must be completed and mailed to
the Yatri 4 Travel at the address given.
All the
booking request has to made at minimum 21 and maximum 30
days in advance from the date of travel.
Strictly one
booking per voucher and house hold. Only one voucher will be
accepted per mail.
A confirmation letter will be
issued in the name of the applicant by our reservation
office and all recipients are required to carry the original
of the same to be produced at the time of check-in at the
hotel. Details of the hotel and the destination will be
mentioned there in. The status of a particular booking will
be informed to the holder of this offer 10 Days before the
date of check-in.
Further, we would also like to inform you
that, Consumer escalations and disputes, if
any, shall be subject to the laws of India
and jurisdiction of Gautam Budh Nagar Courts
only.
