I've booked 2 hotel packages. I was travelling to andaman and chosen a hotel but this company was not answering my call after few days i tried with different number then they answered and asked me to send the details i sent the details to yatri 4 travel they said due to less time they cannot accommodate. Bit i submitted one month before.

After that they are not answering my call and i wasted the earned money.

We purchased 2 packages of rs. 12999/- the promotional offer package for 5n/6d (3 to 4 star hotel) through yatri4travel.com on 27/11/2019 for goa. Their sales executive ms. Mahima assured the place and dates when making purchase and making payment. He offered two hotels in goa.

The guy abhinav he does not know how to speak with customer bcz i spoke about the bad reviews and complaints about the company he started speaking rudely and directly denied he will not give us the package is this the way to deal with the customer.

This is fraud company. Dont take any package from this yatri4travel. When i taken package that time they promising so many good properties but when i booked they told me first couriour ur form with destionation nd date by dtdc courior. Which charges 250 to 300 per document. Which one not specified in mail which i recd before taken membership. That time they told me u have to only mail nothing else. One of the executive of this company gave misleading information regarding holiday booking in darjeeling. He promised many a things. Never disclosed the complicated procedure and uncertainty in getting requested hotels. I paid for money. He said they have full money return policy. Now they say they can't refund money. My id no. Is y4trm0555. I have booked 3 nights 4days package from them by giving rs. 13500 in june. I had send the hard copies on august for getting hotel allotments for september, but they told us that the dates are too hear and they can't provide us the listed hotels and gave us the names of some third class hotel names.
