My name is guruvel I was booked my travel ticket for travel from port to Chennai
On 15th April 2017
From starting point to end point ac is not working . I asked the driver about the issue in Coimbatore itself but his reply is very harsh and not digestible
He told what we can do nu told. I told him that it's ur duty to check before u start nu and for that only Ur getting more money nu .
He bluntly told pls check with Chennai manager nu. It is not the right reply .I told him if it continues pls stop in police station I want to give complaint nu they told u speak to Chennai manager
I asked him if it continues will u repay my half of the money to me . For that that is not in the rules . If we cancelled the ticket they will deduct the money if the facility which they needs to be provided they are not giving proper feedback
Drivers and other staff behavior is very very worst
I need justice I want to penalise them and for my stress entire night I was not slept I travelled in sweat for thati called sick for a day.
For that they have to give compensation of rs. 100000 with that only Ni Omni bus staff will no behave like this to others
