I booked the bus from Nellore to Visakhapatnam on 18.05.2022 through abhibus for an important official work. I was informed the bus is delayed by 1 hour and i came near to boarding point as it is Highway. I called the driver 2 to 3 times and the call is not answered. For the last call he said he is moving and not wait for a minute.
I have not recived any call that the bus is arrived the station and answered rudely about waiting and not given atleast 2 minutes grace to reach the bus. I tried to catch the bus and chased around 10km to board on but the driver for co operated instead of negligence Was this information helpful? |
