Four days before i booked ticket in YBM travels in them own website. They debited money from my account, when the day is coming to travelling i got email from YBM travels, that said "We received the your payment but unable to confirm PNR#:xxxxxx and Rs.xxxx refund initiated successfully" but till now not received my money back, if contact the office they not responding. They not ready to give my money bcck. They entire system very worst, Government authorities must be take necessary action to this kind of travels agencies. Was this information helpful? |
